Two events about millenary olive oil in BNEW (10/2021)

The Barcelona New Economy Week - BNEW is a physical and digital event that brings together unique events of Logistics, Real Estate, Digital Industry, Ecommerce, Economic Zones, Mobility, Sustainability, Talent, Science and City, all with a common denominator: the new economy, which is held in Barcelona from October 5 to 8, 2021 and in which about 12,000 people, registered from all over the world, participate.

For this reason, the Mancomunidad Taula del Sénia and the Millenary Olive Trees of the Sénia Territory took part in it, organizing two events on 6th of October of 2021: 

• In Estació de França, Mª Teresa Adell (manager of the Taula del Sénia Commonwealth and director of the Aceite Farga Milenaria Warranty Brand), has done a tasting of Millenary Olive Oil from the Sénia Territory and other varieties.
• In Mercat de la Boqueria, Jeroni Castell (chef of Les Moles restaurant in Ulldecona) has done a showcooking using oil from Millenary Olive Trees of the Sénia Territory, along with an explanation by Jaume Antich (president of the Sénia Territory Association).
