Egg, potato and baby eel
INGREDIENTS
50 g baby eels | 100g potatoes | 1 egg | 1 chilli pepper | 5 garlic cloves | salt | Farga Milenaria olive oil
PREPARATION
- Cut the potatoes in the pan. Fry them with Farga Milenaria olive oil and some salt. When they are golden, take them out and begin to plate them.
- In the same oil, fry an egg, season with salt and put it on top of the fried potatoes.
- After checking the oil and adding a little if necessary, fry the 5 peeled garlic cloves and the chilli cut in half. And when it is at maximum temperature, add the baby eels for 5 seconds.
- Next, place the eels, the garlic and the chilli on top of the fried egg... and the dish is ready: egg, potato and baby eel.
