Taula del Sénia in the VALSIPAM workshop in Valle Salado (6/2022)

On June 13, 14 and 15, 2022, the III VALSIPAM Transnational Workshop was held in the SIPAM territory of Valle Salado de Añana (Álava) with the aim of testing the tourist experiences designed for visitors to this unique agricultural system.

The XIII Steering Committee was held on the first day, with the participation of all the members of the project, reviewing its progress and agreeing on the next steps, among which the IV VALSIPAM Transnational Workshop at the SIPAM of the Ancient Olive Trees Territorio Sénia on the days 17, 18 and 19 October next.

During the other days, the partners of the VALSIPAM project visited all the corners of this emblematic landscape and, at the same time, participated in 3 Testing Workshops of tourist-gastronomic experiences of the SIPAM of Valle Salado de Añana:

- Visit to the Salt Valley + Salt Tasting

- Salt Workshop + Virtual Reality

- White forest baths

After the positive experience of the III Transnational Workshop in the Valle Salado de Añana, the Mancomundad of Taula del Sénia is preparing the IV Workshop to be held in mid-October.
